Leading research institutions and companies from Baden-Württemberg have joined forces in the innovation initiative QuantumBW to advance research and development of quantum sensing and quantum computing and to promote the transfer of quantum technology research into applications (www.quantumbw.de).
The QuantumBW office serves as the central point of contact and coordinates the activities of the innovation initiative. It is managed by the Ulm-Stuttgart Quantum Centre IQST (Centre for Integrated Quantum Science and Technology, www.iqst.org) together with Fraunhofer IAF and Fraunhofer IAO. It is jointly funded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts and the Ministry of Economics, Labour and Tourism.
