The Institute of Biomedical Engineering conducts research at the forefront of medical wearables to advance remote monitoring and improve patient outcomes. The goal of this project is to develop novel methods to address challenges in the largely neglected field of women’s health. The research topics may involve areas such as algorithm development, machine learning, and the integration of physiological data from multiple data streams to create personalised health profiles and design informed interventions.
